Appointments?
An appointment should be made for your service visit. You can use our convenient online Service Appointment Request to make an appointment or you can call SAAB of Mission Viejo, and you can talk to one of our Service Consultants who will schedule a time for your service. Please specify what type of appointment that is listed below you would like to make.

Picking Up Your Vehicle?
Always check in with our Service Department to ensure that your vehicle is ready for pickup. If you haven't heard from your service representative by 4:00pm, call to confirm completion of your vehicle. Please note that our Service Department closes at 6:00pm M-F after that time you would not be able to pick up your vehicle unless prior arrangements have been made. If you have a rental vehicle, please try to arrive by 5:45pm for vehicle check in, otherwise you may be charged an additional day of use.
